Vintage 1906 Sterling silver Dugg flask with Sapphire eyes

elegant small front, coat or vest pocket flask from 1906.  Perfect fit for a lady's clutch as well.  Hand engraved "Blame it on Dugg", our favorite scapegoats reference.  The eyes are 4mm sapphires.
